Senior Business Development Executive – IT Services
We are seeking a Senior Business Development Executive (BDE) with proven experience in global IT services sales. The ideal candidate will take ownership of leads, drive conversions, and build strong long-term relationships with international clients across USA, Europe, Middle East, and APAC markets.
If you have a successful track record in IT service selling, strong communication skills, and the ability to convert opportunities into revenue, this role is for you.
Job Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities globally for IT services.
- Convert leads generated by our junior BDEs into successful sales deals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs, Directors, and Decision-makers.
- Pitch IT service offerings effectively and customize solutions to client needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → proposal → negotiation → closure.
- Collaborate with delivery teams for smooth project onboarding.
- Achieve/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct market research to track client needs, trends, and competitor strategies.
- Maintain sales pipelines, forecasts, and reports using CRM/sales tools.
Skills & Qualifications
- 5–8 years of proven IT services sales experience.
- Strong experience handling international clients (USA/Europe/Middle East preferred).
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written).
- Expertise in negotiation, pitching, and client presentations.
- Ability to understand IT solutions (software development, consulting, SaaS/MVPs).
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, Upwork, CRM platforms, and sales automation tools.
- Self-driven, target-focused, and able to work independently.
